Normal Goods (Using Air Freight):

Generally everything, such as clothing, shoes (without batteries), bags, mobile phone cases, data lines, bags, toys (without batteries), ordinary books (no religion / pornography), paper, general household items, insulation cups, helmets, glass household items.


Sensitive goods (Using Sensitive Air Freight):

Products with batteries, metal products, mobile power supplies (rechargeable batteries), magnetic products (e.g. speakers/headphones/magnetic earrings, etc.), electronics (electronic watches/magnetic shoes, etc.), plug-in appliances, liquids (including glow sticks), paste products, cosmetics, skin care products, face masks, contact lenses, slimming or medicinal stickers, food, medicine, powder (not white), a large number of brand names, COPY, CD, VCD, religious books, novels, paintings, ballpoint pen hearts, electronic stamps (no oil needed), uncut knives, sex toys, etc.


Prohibited Goods:

The sender agrees that its consignments are transportable. Dangerous, hazardous, flammable or explosive materials, gold and silver bars, coins, dust, cyanide, tablets, sediments or any form of natural unminted gold and silver, platinum and other precious metals, precious stones, jewellery, currency of any nationality (notes and coins), negotiable securities, cheques of any kind, shares, bonds, certificates, stamps, blank or endorsed bank drafts, money orders or travellers' cheques, antique objects, works of art, livestock, plants, drugs, pharmaceuticals, white powder, white wine, firearms, tobacco, grain, articles restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or perishable goods will not be shipped.

1. If multiple items are packaged in the same order, each item is billed separately and does not add up to weight billing.

2. Chargeable Weight: In accordance with International Aviation Association (IATA) regulations, volumetric weight is calculated for packages under 1 cubic foot. The calculation method is length cm*width cm*height cm/6000, and the resulting number is “volumetric weight”, also called “chargeable weight”.

Half Chargeable Weight Fee: Calculation of freight costs = (actual weight of goods + chargeable weight) / 2

Void Volumetric Weight Fee: Only the actual weight is included in the calculation of shipping, regardless of the chargeable weight (only for use up to 20kg).

Example 1: Larger parcels: the actual weight of the goods is 5kg, length 40cm, width 40cm, height 40cm (according to the weight and specifications after packing)

Chargeable Weight Fee: 40*40*40/6000=10.7kg>5kg, Freight = unit price*11

Half Chargeable Weight Fee: 40*40*40/6000=10.7kg, (10.7+5)/2=7.85, Freight = unit price*8

Void Chargeable Weight Fee: Freight = unit price*5

Example 2: heavier parcels: the actual weight of the goods is 11 kg, length 30 cm, width 30 cm, height 30 cm. (Based on the weight and specifications after packing)

30*30*30/6000=4.5kg < 11kg, Actual weight over chargeable weight, freight = 11 * unit price

1. Business Hours:

The normal packing time is: 9:30 - 18:30

Normal recharge approval time: 9:30 - 18:30 (normally recharge approval within 30 minutes)

The normal shipping time is: Sunday - Friday night before 19:30 pm, arrange for shipping thesame night, the order shows “shipped” status, after 19:30 pm payment, the next night shipping. For orders in the “shipped” status, you can click on the “international waybill number” in the order to check the international logistics information directly the next day and will be notified on holidays. (No flights/shipping every Saturday, so no shipments every Saturday)

2. Order message:

You can leave a message in the order if you need to process an abnormal order; you can contact the relevant business in the order message if you need to process an urgent order.

Yellow Tape Packing

Air parcels are packed by our company, no matter the box or bag, our company is packed by yellow tape, (so if you see the goods box is not yellow tape, such as white transparent or other colors, the goods must be opened for packaging, be sure to check with the dispatcher face to face and sign for acceptance, do not support the inspector, first reject, then contact us to verify later on notify the recipient to sign for acceptance).

Notes on package sign-off

1. After the package is received, please do not rush to open the package, first put the package on the weighing, the weight of the package just signed,

2. Take a picture, if the alleged weight and the weight of the consignoda fill ed-in is different, please inform in time, and tear down can be lost goods?

3. If the goods have been confirmed lost, can first go to our Division to see the weight of the corresponding package and the actual weight received (most of the case is the seller less hair, such as a mobile power supply for 110g, the customer bought 10, but I received the package weight is only 0.95kg, it is obvious that the goods are not stolen, but the seller less hair, at this time should contact with the seller, because the exact weight should be 1.1kg or more)

Compensation instructions and caveats

1. In case of loss of air cargo in transit, the compensation shall be 5 times the freight cost of the lost cargo, up to a maximum of US$ 100, in accordance with the international courier compensation practice. High-value goods are recommended to buy transport insurance, the premium is *3 % (amount of insurance = the price of goods X1.1), fragile goods, please pack their own, damage will not be compensated.

2. Shipping of large shipments lost in transit, in whole or in part, will be compensated at 3 times the cost of the lost shipment, up to a maximum of $500.

3. According to the Air Navigation Department's compensation regulations, freight is not a subject of compensation, i.e. it is not compensable.

4. If the parcel is lost, contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel, we need up to 15 working days to investigate the parcel, due to multi-channel consultation and investigation, international airlines, customs clearance department, delivery company, etc., please wait patiently for our investigation results. Once the loss is confirmed, we will process and apply for compensation immediately, it will take 3 days to apply for compensation, and the finance department will process and transfer the compensation amount to the applicant every Friday.

5. Other shipping precautions:

If the customer misrepresents the goods and their value, resulting in confiscation by customs or a fine, the customer shall bear the cost.

* If the goods are damaged in transit, the customer shall do so at his own risk. If the fragile goods should be notified to the seller notes reinforcement, so as not to be crushed in transit, fragile goods are lost by default with compensation, damage without compensation.

* If the customer's sensitive goods are returned by air through the wrong channel for general cargo, the parcel can be reissued with a supplementary sensitive fee, while at the same time the goods may be confiscated by customs at their own expense.

* If the customer conceals the false declaration of the consignment of prohibited goods, such as drugs, flammable and explosive, etc., all legal responsibility shall be borne by the customer.

* For high value products, please contact customer service to purchase insurance, the premium is 3 % of the item, please contact customer service for details.

The customer chooses whether or not to remove the package when adding the package according to their needs and the system defaults to keeping the original package. For fragile/valuable/special goods, removal of packaging is not recommended. For some goods that cannot be dismantled, our packers have the right not to dismantle them, so as not to cause damage to the goods in transit.

For fragile goods, it is possible to leave a message in the order to affix fragile labels for free.

The website air freight price in the goods classification, customers and friends can refer to the order, if in doubt, can contact the salesman to confirm. If the sensitive goods are misdirected to the normal channel, the return / customs confiscation will occur at the guest's own expense / risk.

The goods are lost in transportation, our company is the first time for the customer to confirm the good, assist the customer to apply for compensation. We will help the customer to apply for compensation and pay it to the customer.

If the delivery company drops the package or sends it to the wrong address, we will take care of it, pick it up and redeliver it to the guest address. The incidence is very low and all costs are borne by us.

You can leave a message in the order to modify the order information, if the recipient information/transportation area/delivery company, etc., the first message is processed free of charge, the second message, the operation fee of 5 RMB/time, and so on. If the goods have already been sent from our warehouse, it is difficult to change the address information.

For orders that are already packed, if you leave a message to add a package, you will be charged a handling fee of RMB 5 per package, because the warehouse will remove the package and remove the original waybill when you add a package. Customers are advised to wait until the package is added, then submit the order to be packaged uniformly.

Can you add parcel/change address information?

After payment of the order, the goods that have not been sent, can not leave a message to add the package, can change the address information.
